We Can't Wait for Your Dog to Get Their Package

At Phelps Wellness, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and headed toward your dog's happy dance as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they're placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be automatically applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available in select areas at checkout

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow every step of its journey.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Phelps Wellness is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
